30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn and unused.
With all original tags attached.
In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Service team: Email us at info@untamedwearfashion.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with specific return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Ship the Item: Carefully package the item according to the instructions provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns: For returns where you've simply changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. This will be clearly communicated to you during the return initiation process.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the return shipping will be free of charge to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Refund Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
Refund Timeline: Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and has all original tags attached.
Request an Exchange: Contact our Customer Service team at info@untamedwearfashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please specify the item you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange (e.g., incorrect size), and the desired size.
Exchange Approval and Instructions:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and details on how the new size will be shipped to you.
Return of Exchange Item:
You must return the original item for exchange within 14 days of receiving the exchange instructions and the return shipping label. Please provide us with the return tracking number once shipped.
Shipping of Exchanged Item:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new size to you, free of charge.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, or if it doesn't match the description on our website, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@untamedwearfashion.com with details and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a return and provide a full refund or a replacement, as appropriate, at no cost to you.
